These terms apply when you browse or buy from Chandu Jewels, run by Chandu Jewels. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our products

We sell imitation (fashion) jewellery. Unless a listing says otherwise, pieces are not made of gold, silver or precious stones. Photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colour and bead size can vary slightly.

Prices and orders

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Prices may change, but the price shown when you place your order is the one you pay.
• An order is confirmed only after we confirm it with you on WhatsApp and payment is received.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or was listed at a clearly wrong price. Any payment is refunded in full.

Payment

We accept UPI. After you place an order you'll see a UPI link and QR code for the exact amount. We never ask for your UPI PIN or OTP.

Coupons

One coupon per order. Coupons can't be exchanged for cash, and may have a minimum order, expiry date or usage limit. We may withdraw a coupon at any time; orders already placed keep their discount.

Liability and law

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of India. For any issue, please contact us first; we'll try hard to sort it out.
