This explains what personal information Chandu Jewels collects when you shop with us, why, and your choices. It's written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, WhatsApp number, email (if you give it), delivery address, and what you ordered. We don't collect card or bank details on this site.

Why we use it

• To confirm your order and payment, and to message you about it on WhatsApp.
• To pack, ship and deliver your order, and to handle returns or complaints.
• To keep records required by tax and other laws.

We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only what's needed: courier partners (name, phone, address), payment providers (to confirm payment), and the services that host this website. They may use it only to provide their service to us.

Your bag and cookies

Your shopping bag is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. We don't use advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for your order and for the period the law requires for accounts and tax.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you (except what we must keep by law), or raise a grievance. Contact us:
